Kaboom Blocks, hesap/giriş gerektirmeyen basit bir bulmaca oyunudur. Uygulamanın kendisi sizden hiçbir kişisel bilgi istemez; aşağıda listelenen veriler reklamları sunan Google AdMob SDK'sı tarafından toplanır.

Topladığımız veri

Reklam kimliği (Advertising ID): Uygulama, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir (banner, geçiş reklamı ve ödüllü video). Bunu yapabilmek için cihazınızın reklam kimliğine erişilir ve bu kimlik Google ile reklam sunumu/ölçümleme amacıyla paylaşılır. Cihaz ayarlarınızdan reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir veya kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kapatabilirsiniz.

Yaklaşık konum (IP adresinden): AdMob, reklam sunumu için IP adresinizi kullanır ve bundan yaklaşık bir konum (ör. ülke/şehir düzeyi) tahmin edebilir. Uygulama konum izni istemez ve GPS'inize erişmez; bu tahmin yalnızca reklam altyapısının bağlantınızdan türettiği bilgidir.

Uygulama etkileşimleri ve performans verisi: AdMob; uygulama açılışı, dokunmalar ve reklam izlemeleri gibi etkileşimlerle uygulamanın/SDK'nın performansına ilişkin teknik verileri toplar ve Google ile paylaşır. Amaç reklam sunumu, ölçümleme ve sahtekârlık önlemedir.

Oyun ilerlemesi (yalnızca cihazda): Skorunuz, açtığınız seviyeler, oyun içi jeton bakiyeniz, sahip olduğunuz güçlendiriciler ve ayarlarınız (ses, titreşim, tema, dil) yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Bu veriler hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez, bizimle veya üçüncü bir tarafla paylaşılmaz. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda bu veriler tamamen silinir.

Yukarıdaki ilk üç maddenin tamamı Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK'sı tarafından toplanır; uygulamanın kendi kodu cihaz dışına hiçbir veri göndermez. Tüm bu veriler aktarım sırasında TLS ile şifrelenir.

Toplamadığımız veri

Adınız, e-posta adresiniz, hassas (GPS) konumunuz, fotoğraflarınız, sesiniz, kişileriniz veya herhangi bir ödeme bilgisi toplanmaz. Uygulamada hesap/giriş sistemi yoktur.

Reklamlar

Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sağlanır. AdMob'un veri işleme uygulamaları hakkında bilgi için Google'ın Reklam Politikaları sayfasına bakabilirsiniz. Uygulamayı ilk açtığınızda, bölgenize bağlı olarak (ör. AB/İngiltere), reklam kişiselleştirme onayınız (UMP) sorulabilir.

Çocuklar

Uygulama çocuklara özel olarak tasarlanmamıştır ve çocuğa yönelik pazarlanmamaktadır.

Kullanım

Uygulama kişisel, ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla kullanım için sunulmuştur. Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, kopyalamamayı veya yeniden dağıtmamayı, ve hile/otomasyon araçlarıyla oyun ekonomisini istismar etmemeyi kabul edersiniz.

Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama içindeki tüm görsel, ses ve yazılım öğeleri geliştiriciye aittir. Bu şartlar size uygulamayı kullanmak için sınırlı, devredilemez bir lisans verir; mülkiyet hakkı devretmez.

Oyun içi ekonomi

Oyun Token'ları ve güçlendiriciler yalnızca uygulama içinde geçerlidir, gerçek para karşılığı değildir, nakde çevrilemez ve hesaplar arasında transfer edilemez. Bu ekonomi önceden haber verilmeksizin dengelenebilir.

Reklamlar

Uygulama Google AdMob aracılığıyla banner, geçiş (interstitial) ve ödüllü reklamlar gösterir. Reklam içeriği üçüncü taraf reklamverenler tarafından sağlanır; bu içerikten geliştirici sorumlu değildir.

Garanti reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur, kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair bir garanti verilmez. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.

Privacy Policy — Kaboom Blocks

Kaboom Blocks is a simple puzzle game that requires no account or sign-in. The app itself never asks you for personal information; the data listed below is collected by the Google AdMob SDK that serves the ads.

Data we collect

Advertising ID: The app shows ads (banner, interstitial and rewarded video) via Google AdMob. This requires access to your device's advertising identifier, which is shared with Google for ad delivery and measurement. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

Approximate location (from IP address): AdMob uses your IP address to serve ads and may estimate an approximate location from it (e.g. country or city level). The app does not request location permission and never accesses your GPS; this estimate is derived by the ad infrastructure from your connection.

App interactions and performance data: AdMob collects interactions such as app launches, taps and ad views, along with technical data about the performance of the app and the SDK, and shares them with Google. The purpose is ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.

Game progress (on-device only): Your score, unlocked levels, in-game token balance, owned boosters, and settings (sound, vibration, theme, language) are stored only on your device. This data is never sent to any server or shared with us or any third party. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes this data.

The first three items above are collected by the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK; the app's own code sends no data off the device. All of this data is encrypted in transit using TLS.

Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect your name, email address, precise (GPS) location, photos, voice, contacts, or any payment information. The app has no account or sign-in system.

Ads are served by Google AdMob. See Google's Ad Policies for information on how AdMob processes data. On first launch, depending on your region (e.g., EU/UK), you may be asked for ad personalization consent (UMP).

Children

The app is not designed for or specifically marketed to children.

By downloading or using this app ("Kaboom Blocks"), you agree to the following terms.

Use of the app

The app is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app, and not to use cheats or automation tools to exploit the in-game economy.

Intellectual property

All visual, audio, and software elements within the app belong to the developer. These terms grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app; they do not transfer ownership.

In-app economy

Game Tokens and boosters are valid only within the app, have no real-world monetary value, cannot be cashed out, and cannot be transferred between accounts. This economy may be rebalanced without prior notice.

The app displays banner, interstitial and rewarded ads via Google AdMob. Ad content is supplied by third-party advertisers; the developer is not responsible for that content.

Disclaimer of warranty

The app is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
